A woven live spoken word performance with on-the-spot painting, fabric working, and tactile-object connecting all inter-playing together with the poetry to create a presentation of a whole being created in real-time. The results are coherent and comprehensible yet affect folks in a visceral, optical, and auditory way that is both startling and understandable.
These dual elements but intentional collaborative creations bring together an entirety that is more than the sum of its parts. There may be a bit of audience participation involved!
Special Guests: Visual Artist David Cunningham from Baltimore, Poet Marcus Colasurdo, and Richard Stenner

What happens when the worlds of Sherlock Holmes and 'A Christmas Carol' collide?
It's been decades since Ebeneezer Scrooge was visited by the spirits of Christmas and became a changed man. When he is discovered dead in his home on Christmas Eve, the circumstances lead Dr. Timothy Crachitt to suspect foul play, and that only Sherlock Holmes can solve the case.
Three years earlier, Holmes and Professor Moriarty had their fateful encounter at the Reichenbach Falls. With his nemesis dead, Holmes has withdrawn from everyone, and wonders if his life has any further purpose. Despite his misgivings, Holmes agrees to take the case.
What follows is a fun holiday mix of two famous literary creations that combine the characters of both in new ways that will tickle the fans of both stories as Holmes follows the trail.
Can Sherlock Holmes solve the mystery and rediscover his spirit? The game is afoot!
